I have a pc with RealVNC Server installed.

In another PC i have SmartCode VNC Manager 3.0 Entreprise Edition.

I want to tranfer files between two PC with the PC where install SmartCode VNC Manager 3.0 Entreprise Edition.

But in SmartCode VNC Manager 3.0 Entreprise Edition the option "ACTION --> Tranfer Files" in menu is disable when i am connected with the PC who RealVNC is install, and it is not possible to transfer files !!

Why it is disable ?

Who can i transfer files with SmartCode to another PC who RealVNC Server is install ?

It is very important for me to transfer files between two PC

Do you have a solution to transfer my files between the two PC and have the option "Transfer files" enable ?

Thanks to help me.

The file transfer button can be disabled for 3 reasons:

  • You are connected to a RealVNC Free Edition server, which has no support for FTs at all
  • You are connected to a TightVNC server 1.2.X, which again doesn't support FTs
  • You are connected to a TightVNC 1.3 or UltraVNC server, but file transfer is disabled in the server's properties.
