Hello

Sorry for my english!

I have some problems to install real vnc 4.1.1  .... I use VNC manager enterprise edition 3.0.26.0

Only 10-15% of computer have this problem... no problem for the others....

I get the following error...

Failed to install SmartCode RealVNC 4.x. The following error was returned:
Call was canceled by the message filter.

IT's all on winXP

That message say nothing for me.....

Does someone have hints? What it could be?

Thank you

It sounds like an error returned by WMI runtime. Could you try to disable firewall on the target PC and try to deploy VNC?

I installed all the windows update (just in case) and i got the same error
