I just tested it and the help file seems to be working just fine. By any chance, are you trying to access it from a network share?

Negative.Just comes up with page cannot be displayed, like its referencing an invalid URL. I've tried it from three PC's now all with the same result.

Sorry, I just found that there was a help file that comes with the installer and that works.However the one from the download section still no dice.

I think I know what causes the problem with the online .chm file. When you download an file, Explorer marks it as being downloaded from internet. And by default HTML Help engine won't open such file. You have to open the file properties and click on the Unblock button.
 Anyway thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will replace the .chm download with a zip file instead. This should take care of the problem.
