How do i use Smart Code VNC Manager to connect to another pc over the internet.If i know their IP i still cant get access.do i need to setup something to change my gateway or something??Please help as my brother in another country has problems with his pc and i need to gain access to help him

If the PC you are trying to connect to is behind NAT then there are several ways to access it:1) setup a port forwarding on a router
2) install UltraVNC Repeater on a computer with a public address and with help of the Repeater access the PC
3) pretty much as 2) but you could use SSH port-forwarding instead.
