Don't know if you got my e-mail from a couple days ago with the screenshot, so I will try to submit it this way. This is for the contact info not being populated. Also, the MAC address only shows for the local subnet The screenshot looks perfectly OK. Unless the computer in question has a contact assigned to AD computer and the VNC Manager doesn't fetch this information. But it doesn't look so. So the question is the computer has Managed By user assigned to it in AD or not?
Does VNC Manager use ARP for the MAC address resolution? I can use nbtstat and a network security scanner to get the MAC's from WAN subnets, but not VNC Manager. Yes the VNC Manager sends an ARP request to fetch computers MAC.

| Ok, it is using the Managed by info in AD. That would explain why it doesn't auto fill, because I have none of this info filled out. If a user is logged into a computer who is not the Managed by user in AD, will VNC Manager reflect this or still show the Managed by info?
