Is there any chance that we could be seeing vPro/AMT support in the future? This would be an awesome feature to include. vPro 6.0 now supports KVM via a VNC server.

Hello All -

Often and due to a team member who doesn't like to Log Off of an RDP session, I will try to connect to a server via RDP and get the message "Terminal Server Has Exceeded the Maximum Number of Allowed Connections."

Everyone who has gotten this before knows that this is extremely frustrating. To resolve this, I run commands at the command prompt like in this article Disconnected or Active

It would be nice to have a SQL backend. We have about six (6) users, and if one makes a change, all the changes someone else has done will not be saved....or if he exits and saves, it will over write the previous persons work. Not that changes happen that much, but it does creep up now and then......

I have several roles in my current position and have just implemented Windows Remote Assistance to try and make some of the desktop support issues easier to deal with. The ability to take a screenshot of a VNC session can be quite useful. I would request the ability to take timed screenshots. The ability to set the time between screenshot, the start time (or start now), and end time would be a great starting place. You would need to be able to select a folder/file

We use SmartCode for users that need to monitor end interact with externals systems though VNC. Altough this works fine with the program, those users also have to possibility to scan for other systems, reboot them, edit teh registry and so on. But These people are not administratorts or ICT-specialisists.
Question : Is their a way to determine profiles that can be saved into the configuration. So that dependignon you pasword of user level certain options are available or not. Even better if one can c

Hi,

I searched the manual and forums, but didn't find anything about this. I couldn't find a way to set VNC Manager to always use the WMI method of network scanning so that the MAC address is always returned, even on computer not in the LAN, but for those that might be on other virtual LANS, subnets, or in VPN remote offices.

Show OS version in a new column

Connection name listing for Execute Remote Command

When I open the 'SmartCode Remote Exec' window, it show the ip address and type of the machines that the external command is going to be run on. Can you have this window also include the 'Connection Name' field? It would be great if we could also see that on the 'Executing Remote Command' window that opens when you click execute.

Execute remote command using custom properties

Hello,

I am involved in firmware testing at my company and we have a large number of different tests that are to be tested on different machines. What would really help us out in this procedure is if we could use the custom properties as variables in various execute remote command tools. I haven't seen very much documentation regarding the custom properties usage in the knowledgebase or on the forums, is this feature already implemented?
