Cant Click anything

Hey there,

Few days ago I realized that with some clients I couldn't click on any pages.
I could use the send (alt + esc) to open the start menu but couldn't click any of the windows.

Even stranger through, neither can the end user. It locks them out from clicking on the windows.
They either have to reboot or close open a new window after I disconnect.

I thought it might have been the version of the serverX, but it happened when using your demo page as well."

It appears that ViewerX and ServerX fail to validate passwords if connected through an UltraVNC repeater. I haven't found any posts in the UltraVNC or S-Code forums that indicate whether this behavior is expected. Is it technically possible to validate passwords when connected through a repeater?

Window Reload Causes IE6 Crash

IE6 crashes if you load the ServerX control more than once on the same machine. For example, open your ServerX webpage then select 'View->Reload' or simply hit F5. IE6 should crash, producing the following error:

I 'm testing the trial version of your activex , I've generated keys with ultravnc with both MSRC4Plugin and ARC4Plugin and AESV2Plugin but none of those seems working. I used the properties UVNCS_EnableSecurity = True and UVNCS_KeyFilePath with the path of the generated key file.

When a client(both your viewer and ultravncviewer) tries to connect ,The server does accept the connection , but the client freezes during negoziate protocol process.

Without the UltraVNCSecurity it works !

Disconnection problem

Hi,

i'm developing a client server application.
I made everything "Connection", "Password acces" etc...

After about 5 minutes of connection between client and server, the client doesn't refresh anymore the screen and the screen appears like locked.

I can't understand why this happen and i hope you have a solution for this problem.
I want to give you other details about my application:

queryconnect doesnt work, doesnt prompt the user and closes the connection ettempts

i set the QueryConnect in the server to true but when trying to connect the connection just closes on vnc manager and the server doesnt prompt the user. whats the problem ?
at the begining i wanted a password+queryconnect protection but it didnt work so i thought it cant work together so i gave up the password but it stiil doesnt work, password alone works ok.

can password+prompt work together ?

Pb add connection to repeater

I have make a test with the demo webpage. I want to connect the ServerX to a ultravnc repeater.

After the click on the add client button, the tray icon of the Xserver is blue. The netstat -a command say that the socket is etablished, but there is no message on the log of the repeater like "Server added to list nnnn".

When i disconnect the Xserver i have the message on the log of the repeater : "Server added to list nnnn" ???

Server Control Accepts connections at design time

I've noticed that the server control accepts connection at design-time. This behavior should be modified so that it does not actually run at design-time. Also, it may be a good idea to set the AcceptConnections property to False by default. Lastly, when I set the property to False on the design form it sets itself back to True after closing and re-opening the form. This is a bit annoying.

Connected and Disconnected events are not firing

The Connected and Disconnect events do not seem to fire. I would expect them to fire when a client connects or disconnects.
