I can't send any message to the servers
What do I have to do ?

there are way too many reasons for "net.exe send"  (the VNC Manager's Send Message feature uses exactly the same API as net.exe send) to fail. It could be a firewall or messenger windows service being stopped. Also please note that Microsoft has removed "net.exe send" feature from Windows Vista.

I have firewalls and IPSEC VPN in between.

What should I do then ?
